Ingredients:
2 oz green tea
4-5 basil leaves
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 egg white *
1 oz lime juice
Instructions:
Brew the green tea ahead of time and let it cool. You can also use store-bought unsweetened green tea.
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves.
Add the green tea, maple syrup, egg white, and lime juice to the shaker.
Top with ice.
Shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Strain and enjoy!
