Green Tea Mocktail


Elevate your refreshment game with our invigorating green tea mocktail, a vibrant fusion of health and flavor in every sip.




Low FODMAP serving = 1


Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz green tea 

  • 4-5 basil leaves 

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup  

  • 1 egg white *

  • 1 oz lime juice 


Instructions: 

  1. Brew the green tea ahead of time and let it cool. You can also use store-bought unsweetened green tea.

  2. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves.

  3. Add the green tea, maple syrup, egg white, and lime juice to the shaker.

  4. Top with ice.

  5. Shake vigorously for 1 minute.

  6. Strain and enjoy!


*Use pasteurized eggs for safety
